Everything started from a barter: a small bottle of oil for a jar of jam.

So good I tasted immediately and I decided that this jam deserved an italian “crostata”.

With a decoration in Scandinavian style.

What I love of homemade jam, in particular of Michele´s one, is the texture, I could still feel all the berries. Gnam!
