I was looking for something easy to eat for lunch…

so I thought “maybe just an egg with a salad?”

But I prefer to eat when my food is not only good but is also good looking.
I didn´t want anything too complicated but just a little bit elaborated.

So I decide to cook my egg in old pan for pankakor that I found during one of my second-hand hunting. I added just some flakes of fleur de sel and fresh ground black pepper (but if you want something more fancy you can have some slice of white truffle) on the top of the egg.

In another “hole” of the pan I let melt a piece of  french cheese (Morbier) but you can try with your favorite hard texture cheese.

And on a side of the pan I prepared a salad: fresh spinaches, carots with a dressing of oil and fresh squeezed granata apple juice.

So at the end it wasn´t just an egg…
